Low-cost filter container for bag filters (EBFN eco-type filter container)
This is an economy-type liquid bag filter container manufactured by FSI Corporation. In addition to the conventional pressure types of 1 MPa and 2 MPa, we have developed a 0.7 MPa type to achieve a lower price. This resolves the excessive pressure resistance of the container. Since the liquid flows from the inside of the bag to the outside, contaminating particles are captured inside the bag, and the interior surface of the container remains clean during filter media replacement. The filter media uses a bag filter with a resin-molded opening developed by FSI Corporation to prevent liquid leakage. The filter materials are abundant, allowing for selection based on conditions such as liquid quality and precision. 【Features】 ◆ Achieved low cost despite a robust structure. ◆ The cover section features a simple design using a single gasket. ◆ Being bag-type allows for reduced running costs, and the disposal volume of the filter media is small and economical. ◆ Requires a small installation area while ensuring a large processing capacity (up to 500 L/min). ◆ Two sizes of containers are available (for filtration areas of 0.2 m² and 0.45 m²). ◆ The material of the container can be selected from carbon steel or stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316).
